Binder mag omschreven worden als eigenzinnig, vakman in hart en nieren en echte wijngaard specialist. Zo oogstte hij voor deze unieke wijn in de ‘Riedl’ wijngaard op verschillende momenten om de optimale rijpheid van de druif te krijgen. Enorme diversiteit aan aroma’s in de neus: cassis, vanille, donker fruit, vijgen en zelfs truffel komen aan bod. Smaakvolle tonen op het palet van zwarte bes en vruchtenyoghurt in een fluwelige textuur, zachte densiteit, fijne zuurgraad afgerond met heerlijke cacao in samenspel met ronde tannines.
