Een fenomenale wijn met eveneens zéér goed bewaarpotentiëel. Cellar Door: Excellent coulour and condition with green/gold tones which are always indicators of something special to follow. The wine is bright and clear and of medium to full body. The bouquet, notwithstanding is three years of age, is still very much in its infancy and still coming together (very positively) with attractive fruit and oak nuances. It has the tell-tale citrus elements of high quality Chardonnay. The palate is superb, and one has difficulty in selecting adjectives for what must be the perfect experience. The management of the fruit is a great tribute to the maker. It has length and intensity of a thoroughbred – may well be the best the line thus far. If serendipity has a flavour profile, here it is abundance! Needs another 10-12 years to show its refined glry.
