When Johan and Björn first took on Neudorf 20 years ago, Tim and Judy had only recently made their first vintage of Neudorf Tom’s Block Pinot Noir. It seems only fitting that two decades on Rosie, Tim and Judy’s daughter can be in Belgium to share in the celebrations for this monumental birthday for ad Bibendum. Made even more special with a glass of Neudorf ’s current release of Tom’s Block specifically bottled for this occasion.’‘ Loepzuiver, gedistingeerd en superbe gestructureerd.’ Complexiteit in een duidelijke ‘Pinot Noir’expressie van. Heerlijk gulle neus met subtiele zuivere tonen met zwarte bes, cassis alsook bosaardbeitjes en licht gerookte noot. Souplesse in structuur met fijne zuren. Het palet wordt rijkelijk aangevuld met rijp fruitige aroma’s van klein rood fruit, zwarte bes en braam. Opvallend subtiel gecomponeerd, uitmuntende klasse Pinot Noir met ongekende verfijnde structuur. Dezelfde variant uit het meer bekende Bourgogne kost minimaal het driedubbele. Prachtig.
